Holiday Bazaar Rules

BOSTON NUMISMATIC SOCIETY
COLLECTORS CLUB OF BOSTON
BAZAAR RULES

The Bazaar will feature items donated by the Club and its members and is governed by the following rules:

1.Each item must have a minimum value of $5.00 and is to be numismatic ... coins, tokens, medals, books, etc. The club Presidents will have the option of not  allowing any item not deemed suitable.

2.Articles must be placed in front of the containers for viewing.

3.All items for the Bazaar must be in place by 7:30 P.M.

4.Tickets will be sold at 5 for $1.00 and you may place as many as you want in the container that holds the article of your choice. The number of tickets you place in each container determines your chances of winning that item.

5.When all the tickets have been placed, a drawing will be taken from each
container and, if you have the winning half, you will win that item.

6.The Gold Piece, which is normally the paid drawing, will be placed in front
of a container.

7.If you supply an item for the Bazaar, you will be given 5 free tickets. (If you donate more than one item, you will only get one set of free tickets.) If more than one member of a family makes a donation they each get 5 free tickets -
providing each is a member.

8.Two of the prizes will be a free membership for each Club for next year (only if  you are already a member of that Club).
